1. Service Usage

By using Easy2SMS services, you agree to comply with all TRAI regulations and DLT norms in India. Any misuse of the platform for spam or illegal activities will lead to immediate account suspension.

2. Payments & Recharges

All recharges are processed via WhatsApp contact with IT Think Zone management. Credits once added are non-refundable but do not expire as long as the account is active.

3. DLT Compliance

Users are responsible for their own DLT registration for Bulk SMS. For OTP services, users may use our default DLT templates without self-registration, subject to approval.

4. Limitation of Liability

Easy2SMS/IT Think Zone is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from service interruptions or delivery failures caused by telecom operators.
